CBT helps you notice the thoughts and patterns that keep you feeling stuck. You and your therapist work together on practical skills you can use between sessions, so the changes carry into your day-to-day life. Sessions happen by secure video.
EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) helps you process difficult memories that still affect how you feel today. You do not have to talk through every detail to make progress. Your therapist guides you step by step, at a pace that feels manageable, all by secure video.
Trauma-focused therapy helps you understand how past experiences may be shaping how you feel and react today. Your therapist moves at your pace and helps you build skills to feel safer, steadier, and more in control. You can meet from home by secure video.
Adult psychiatry helps you understand your symptoms and treatment options. Your provider takes time to learn about your history, your goals, and your day-to-day life.
Child and adolescent psychiatry supports young people and their families. You get clear guidance, time for questions, and a plan you can understand.
A behavioral health assessment helps you understand what may be affecting how you feel or function. You leave with clear recommendations and practical next steps.

Your first visit is a conversation. You can share what has been going on and ask anything on your mind. Your provider will explain your options in plain language.
